Aromatherapy Workshop

Do you want to learn more about Aromatherapy? Do you have essential oils but are unsure of how to use them effectively? Are you looking for a unique gift idea? This workshop is for you!

The workshop covers:

• What is Aromatherapy?

• How can aromatherapy be used for wellness?

• What are the safety guidelines when using essential oils?

Also, as part of the workshop, participants will take an active role with a certified aromatherapist in making their own essential oil blend. Each blend will be reviewed to ensure that there would be no adverse affects with the oils selected in accordance with the participant's medical history. A bespoke blend is done where individuals can select the items that are important to them.

Materials for creating the blends will be provided.
