• What is Aromatherapy?

• How Aromatherapy can be used for wellness

• Safety Guidelines when using essential oils

Also, as part of the workshop, participants will take an active role with a certified aromatherapist in making their own essential oil blend. Each blend will be reviewed to ensure that there would be no adverse effects with the oils selected in accordance with the participant's medical history. A bespoke blend is done where individuals can select the items that are important to them.

The session can include massage therapy as well.

Materials for creating the blends will be provided.
